Employee Life Cycle

The employee life cycle is the various stages an employee will experience during their time at Stanford. It begins with their impressions through the recruitment process, continues as they engage with development opportunities and concludes with their departure from the university.

What's important is how managers support employees through each of the stages, and how employees actually experience this "journey." The Manager Toolkit content is aligned to best support managers to create a compelling experience for their employees in each of these six stages of the life cycle.
