IDEAL Honor Roll
The IDEAL Honor Roll recognizes Stanford staff who have demonstrated a significant commitment to Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, and Access in a Learning Environment (IDEAL) through leadership, practices, processes, activities, peer support and/or initiatives.
About the IDEAL Honor Roll
The UHR Office of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (UHR-DEIB) launched the IDEAL Honor Roll for staff in 2023. Honorees are celebrated at a special event that coincides with the annual IDEAL DCP Conference, which brings together staff DEIB Community of Practice members from across the university each fall.
Nominations
Nominations for the 2024 IDEAL Honor Roll are open until June 3, 2024, to recognize staff efforts during the following timeframes:
- June 2022 through June 2024 for staff who have never been nominated
- June 2023 through June 2024 for staff who were recognized by the 2023 IDEAL Honor Roll
Anyone in the Stanford community can nominate any staff member for recognition by the IDEAL Honor Roll. Staff are also able to self-nominate. Nominations should be submitted by completing the form below.
