Participants learn to improve their ability to engage in both positive and critical feedback and accountability conversations using a model that stresses objectivity, empathy, personal responsibility and results. Great for leaders, as well as individual contributors.
In this session, participants will:
- Learn a communication framework to strengthen relationships and achieve results
- Learn techniques that defuse tension and help all parties feel understood
- Learn and practice a model for giving critical feedback in a way that is clear and constructive
